Energetic Yoga Flow is a heart based moving meditation. You’ll be guided to flow, move and pause intuitively, while listening to your own inner wisdom. The transitions from posture to posture are often unexpected. Build strength, flexibility, and mobility in body AND mind. All set to a fantastically crafted playlist. Usually sweaty, always uplifting and sealed in with a deeply meditative savasana. (Because of the nature of this class, prior knowledge of basic yoga postures is needed.) level 2/3
In EmPower classes expect athletic sequences with mindful attention to alignment and strength. This powerful class is balanced with thoughtful cool down, and meditative savasana. Level 1/2
A light and deeply restorative practice. Often times we don‘t even stand up. You‘ll be guided to rest in postures in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for your body. Practice closes with an extended sound healing savasana. (Yogic meditative “nap”) An all levels practice.
Experience the Synergy of Sound. The healing vibrations from live instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, ting-shaws, rattles, chimes, flutes, shangs, and more are a powerful support for people brand new to meditation, and the experienced practitioner. This is guided meditation. All you have to do lie back or find a comfortable seat. The intention of this meditation is to leave you feeling balanced, grounded, and uplifted. An all levels practice.
This class flows from posture to posture, the movement building as the music does. You’ll be delighted by music across many genres such as pop, classic rock, new age and Kirtan. Expect to ebb and flow from warm up to cool down into a sweet harmonium supported savasana. Level 2

On a personal level, Acro yoga develops empowerment, life balance and a sense of pure joy. On a physical level, the practice improves balance, flexibility and strength. Acro is for all levels.
